Little bit of a spoiler alert now, but the short stories on this site are all set in the same fictional universe as my work-in-progress novel, In Murder’s Shadow, and feature the same characters. Paul Quinn has already been introduced in Justifiable, and Sandi Hendriks will make her first appearance in Consent (due 29th June).
These pages give a bit more background detail to them, the kind that doesn’t really appear in the stories but which informs how I approach writing them (and so they’re kind of works-in-progress themselves, they change as I write the characters). At the moment the site features sketches of Paul Quinn, Sandi Hendriks, Jenny Brown, and Callum Dale, but I’ll be adding sketches for other important characters as they appear.
